Merry Christmas!!!

We always spend Christmas Eve with Brandon's family. Sadly I didn't take any pictures. We had alot of fun. We had a good turkey dinner. Played some games and handed out gifts. Brandon's parents bought Amelia this Jim Shore princess. I love Belle from Beauty and The Beast. I know she will love it. We had a white Christmas this year... Alot of snow. Brandon took Amelia out side to see it. She went right for it and fell. After that she wasn't to happy. :)
We bought Amelia a chair for Christmas. She is always trying to find places to sit and read a book. Usually she is sitting on our printer. It was so cute to see her come in and go right for her chair, sit down, and cross her legs. :)

After we went to my parents to make breakfast. Really only Brandon made breakfast... Yum.
After we opened presents up. Amelia was quite spoiled. :) She loves all of her stuff. She got this really cute Tinker Bell table and chair set, princess baby dolls, a mini stroller, and tons more. Thanks Mom and Dad

Here is both of them in their Christmas outfits. He is getting so big. Amelia loves her baby cousin. When he was crying she handed him his bottle, so cute. It will be fun seeing them grow up together.

Essential Christmas Activities...

We took Amelia to see Santa this week. I was a little worried she would be scared, but she liked him. Mostly because he gave her a candy cane. The Santa at South Towne mall is really cute. We then went to Gardiner Village. We love going there. During December they have Elves everywhere to look at. We also saw the Bumble by Jim Shore on sale for $20! so we had to buy it...

On Wednesday the 17th we ended up going to Zoo Lights with the Beattys :) We went last year as well but for some reason this year was better. More animals to see but really cold.

Tonight we made it to see the Temple Lights. So beautiful. It's been a really fun week before Christmas. I can't believe it's already here. Crazy how time flies.

The Past Few Weeks....

I know I haven't blogged in forever... It has been a busy month... But here are a few pictures of things that have happened.

THANKSGIVING
This was the best picture taken of our family. Amelia was having a bad day. She had the flu on the Monday before and was still not feeling so great... Which in turn, half of the family got sick.

:( I was sick the next day, which is crazy since it was the busiest day of the year at my job and I had no choice but to call in... At least I did enjoy my Thanksgiving Day. One of my favorite holidays. :) It was really nice having everyone there.

After Thanksgiving

The first weekend of December we went up to Midway to stay the night and see my cute cousin Madison get baptized. They also had Swiss Christmas (Swissmas) going on and we were able to see collections of creches (nativities)...Sorry we don't have any pictures of the hundreds of nativities we saw. They were really interesting and helped to get us in the Christmas Spirit.

Right from Midway we went to a Christmas party at our friends' house: the Bridges. It was a lot of fun. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures except of Amelia and her new cousin Jackson Matesen.

We love Jim Shore decorations. Classic Santa and Rudolph! We love the Bumble too. Maybe next year.

We also found this awesome snowflake at Paisley Poppy today. :) I love it.

Liquid Joes
Then yesterday... I became a fan of Royal Bliss... We went to Brandon's brother Ryan's Bar for Ryan's work Christmas party and heard the band Royal Bliss play an acoustic set. They were really good.

Of course my eyes are closed... I always seem to have them closed in pictures. We had a lot of fun. We are thinking of going again on friday when Royal Bliss plays again. Anyone interested?

SLeDFesT '08 / Brandon's Birthday

off the Sled Season. It was fun taking Amelia. She was a

little unsure at first but warmed up to it really quick.
